Fixing "Fetching Subscription" Errors

If the software hangs at the "Fetching Subscription" screen, follow these steps precisely:

1.Do Not Open the App: Ensure Adobe Acrobat is closed immediately after installation.

2.Apply the Firewall Patch: Locate the file named Fix Fetching subscription-Firewall block.bat. Right-click it and select Run as Administrator.

3.Restart: Reboot your computer to apply the changes.

4.Troubleshooting (If the issue persists):
  • If the software still hangs on "Fetching Subscription" after the restart, open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and End Task for all Adobe-related processes.
  • Right-click Fix Fetching subscription-Firewall block.bat and Run as Administrator once more.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 2025 ဆိုတာ PDF ဖိုင်တွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ရင် ကမ္ဘာမှာ အစွမ်းထက်ဆုံး ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Reader ဗားရှင်းနဲ့မတူဘဲ Pro ဗားရှင်းမှာ PDF ထဲက စာသားတွေကို ပြင်တာ၊ ပုံတွေကို လဲလှယ်တာနဲ့ PDF ဖိုင်တွေကို Word/Excel/PowerPoint ဖိုင်တွေအဖြစ် ပြန်ပြောင်းတာတွေကို တိကျစွာ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ၂၀၂၆ နောက်ဆုံးထွက် Update မှာတော့ စာရွက်ပေါ်က စာတွေကို ကွန်ပျူတာစာသားအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲပေးတဲ့ OCR စနစ် ပိုမိုမြန်ဆန်လာပါတယ်။

  • Windows Security ကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး Open Windows Security ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
  • Virus & threat protection ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
  • "Virus & threat protection settings" အောက်ရှိ Manage settings ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
  • Real-time protection ကို Off ပေးလိုက်ပါ။
Installation သွင်းနည်း

1. Download ရလာသော Adobe.Acrobat.Pro.v2025.001.21288x64.rar ဖိုင်အား WinRAR ဖြင့်ဖိုင်ဖြည် password တောင်ပါက password ထည့်ပါ။ 
  • (Password ကို WinRar comment box တွင်ရေးပေး ထားပါသည်။) WinRar Software မရှိပါက ဒီမှာ သွားဒေါင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
2. ဖိုင်ဖြည်၍ရလားသောဖိုင်မှာAdobe.Acrobat.Pro.v2025.001.21288x64.exe ကို၂ချက်နှိပ်ဖွင့်ပါ။ခေတ္တစောင့်ပါ။

3. Adobe.Acrobat ပေါ်လာလျှင် Advertishing ကိုအမှန်ခြစ်ဖြုတ်ပါ၊ ပြီးလျှင် install ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။




4. Adobe.Acrobat setup box ပေါ်လာလျှင် install ကိုနှိပ်ပြီးသွင်းပါ။ install သွင်းနေပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ပြီးလျှင် finished ပေါ်လာလျှင် နှိပ်ပြီးခေတ္တစောင့်ပါ။ 

Fetching subscription error ဖြေရှင်းနည်း
  1. Software ကိုသွင်းပါ။ သွင်းပြီးလျှင် softwareကိုမဖွင့်ပါနဲ့အုံး။ 
  2. Fix Fetching subscription-Firewall block.bat ဖိုင်ကို right click run as Administrator ဖြင့်ဖွင့်ပါ။ 
  3. ပြီးလျှင် computerကို restart ချပါ။ 
  4. ကွန်ပျူတာပြန်ပွင့်လာလျှင် ဆော့ဝဲကိုဖွင့်ကြည့်ပါ Fetching subscription ရပ်နေလျှင် task manager ဖြင့် end task လုပ်ပါ။ 
  5. ပြီးလျှင် Fix Fetching subscription-Firewall block.batဖိုင်ကို right click run as Administrator ဖြင့် ပြန် run ပါ။
  6. ပြီးသွားလျှင် ဆော့ဝဲကို ပြန်ဖွင့်ကြည့်လျှင် ပွင့်သွားပါလိမ့်မည်။
