Pre-Installation
Requirements
Before
proceeding with the reset, please ensure the following:
·
Connection: Connect your printer to the
computer via a USB Cable.
(Note: Resetting via WiFi is not supported).
·
Security: Temporarily disable your Antivirus
or Windows Real-time protection.
How to Disable Windows Security:
1.
Press
the Start (Windows
icon) key on your keyboard.
2.
Go
to Settings (Gear icon).
3.
Click
on Update & Security
(For Windows 11, select Privacy
& Security).
4.
Choose
Windows Security and
click Open Windows Security.
5.
Click
on Virus & Threat
Protection.
6.
Under
"Virus & threat protection settings," click Manage Settings.
7.
Switch
the Real-time protection
toggle to Off.
Caution: Do not extract the file without disabling Windows Security first. You may turn it back on once the reset process is complete.
Step-by-Step
Installation & Usage
1.
Extract
the Software:
Right-click the downloaded Epson L3210 Resetter file and select Extract Here using WinRAR.
If prompted for a password, enter the password found in the WinRAR comment box.
2.
Launch
Program: Open the
folder and double-click Adjprog.exe.
Enter the password if required (Check the WinRAR comment box).
5. Enter Maintenance Mode: Click on Particular Adjustment
Mode.
6. Choose Counter: From the list, select Waste Ink
Pad Counter and click OK.
7. Check Counter Status: Check the boxes for Main Pad
Counter, Platen Pad Counter, and Ink System Pad Counter, then
click the Check button.
8. Initialize Reset: If you see points or percentages under these counters, check the boxes again and click the Initialize button.
9. Confirm: Click OK on the
confirmation message box and wait a moment.
10. Finalize: When the message "Please turn
off the printer" appears, Turn off your printer.
11. Complete Setup: Click OK on the software
screen.
12. Finish: Click the Finish button and
close the program. You can now turn your printer back on and start printing.
Note: If the error persists after the
reset, it may indicate a physical hardware issue, such as the Waste Ink Pad
actually being physically full or other internal mechanical faults.

2. ကီးဘုတ်ပေါ်ရှိ Start (ဝင်းဒိုးပုံစံ) ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
3. Settings (စက်ဝိုင်းဂီယာပုံစံ) ကို ရွေးပါ။
4. Update & Security (Windows 11 ဆိုလျှင် Privacy & security) ကို နှိပ်ပါ။

သတိပြုရန် - Windows Security (Antivirus) ကိုခေတ္တမပိတ်ဘဲနဲ့ File ကို မဖြည်ပါနဲ့။ Printer Reset ချပြီးလျှင်ပြန်ဖွင့်လို့ရပါသည်။
၄။ Port နေရာတွင် L3210 (USB Port) ကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး OK နှိပ်ပါ။
၅။ Maintenance Mode သို့ဝင်ခြင်း: Particular adjustment mode ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
၆။ Counter ကို ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း: စာရင်းထဲမှ Waste ink pad counter, Platen pad counter and Ink System
Pad counter တို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး OK နှိပ်ပါ။
၇။ Counter ကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း: Main pad counter, Platen pad counter and Ink System Pad
counter တို့ကိုအမှန်ခြစ်ပေးပြီး
Check ခလုတ်ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
၈။ Reset စတင်ခြင်း: Main pad counter, Platen pad counter and Ink System Pad
counter ဘေးတွင် Point နဲ့ Percent%
တွင့် ကိန်းဂဏန်းရှိပါက ရှိတဲ့ ဟာတွေကို အမှန်ခြစ် ထပ်ပေးပြီး Initialize
ခလုတ်ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
၉။ အတည်ပြုခြင်း: ပေါ်လာသော Message box တွင် OK ကို နှိပ်ပါ။ ခဏစောင့်ပါ။
၁၀။ ပြီးမြောက်ခြင်း: "Please turn off the printer" ဟု
ပေါ်လာလျှင် Printer ကို ပိတ်လိုက်ပါ။
၁၁။ ထို့နောက် Software ပေါ်ရှိ OK ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
၁၂။ အပြီးသတ်ခြင်း: Finish ကို နှိပ်ပြီး Program ကို ပိတ်လိုက်ပါ။ Printer
ကို ပြန်ဖွင့်ပြီး စမ်းသပ်ကြည့် နိုင်ပါပြီ။
သတိပြုရန်: Reset ချပြီးသည့်တိုင် Error မပျောက်ပါက Printer ထဲရှိ Waste Ink Pad (မင်စွန့်ဗန်း) ကိုယ်တိုင် ပြည့်နေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် တခြား Hardware ချို့ယွင်းချက် ရှိနေခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
